Introduction to Pastoral Counselling

• Do you wish to develop Pastoral skills?

If so... this 10 week evening course could be just what you are looking for! This course is intended as preparation for those who may wish to pursue Level 3 training (and higher) and also for those involved in pastoral work who wish to develop basic listening skills and self awareness, in order to be more effective as helpers.

(Courses normally run once or twice a year).

One Year Extended Certificate Course in Integrative Christian Counselling

"The Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes Framework for Counselling" - Level 3

The Basic Practice Course of the ACC recognised programme. Fulfilling the criteria of Open College Network.

This course is open for students who have successfully completed an Introduction Course and are wishing to develop their listening and counselling skills.

Commencing 9th September 2009
Wednesday daytime (term-time): 9.30am - 2.30pm
Plus some Saturday workshops

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling - 2 Year Course

This is a Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) Course, which is accredited by the Qualification Curriculum Authority (QCA) and recognised by ACC.

The Diploma course is designed for those who have completed a Certificate in Counselling and wish to progress to be confident and effective agency counsellors. It will also provide a springboard for those who want to further develop their professional practice or who are thinking of moving towards private practice.
